PTFE filament fiber is single-strand fiber made by drawing method . Common specification:500dtex(450 dens) , filament breaking strength>13N ,elongation 7-10%. It is mainly used for manufacturing PTFE sewing thread and fabric.

Where to use?
Applications:
PTFE staple fiber is used to make PTFE needle felt and PTFE spunlace felt.PTFE sewing thread is used to sew dust filter bags such as PTFE, fiberglass, PPS, Nomex, P84 and so on.PTFE membrane can be laminated on dust filter cloth and dust filter bags for high filtration efficiency and long life time.Dust filter bags widely used in cement plant, power plant, steel industry, chemical industry, dust collector, dust collector of waste incineration, lead recycle. ect.
